Free Class: Yoga for Massage Therapists (Yoga class is free, but space is limited)

2:30pm-3:30pm

Yoga for Upper Body (20 min focus) Yoga poses and stretches to help maintain flexibility in your neck, shoulders and chest.
Yoga for the Core (20 min focus) Yoga poses to help with low back pain and keeping a strong core for massage.
Yoga on the Floor (20 min focus) Standing poses to help with balance, grounding, and the lower bod to keep good body awareness and mechanics.
