Free Class: Yoga for Massage Therapists (Yoga class is free, but space is limited)
2:30pm-3:30pm
- Yoga for Upper Body (20 min focus) Yoga poses and stretches to help maintain flexibility in your neck, shoulders and chest.
- Yoga for the Core (20 min focus) Yoga poses to help with low back pain and keeping a strong core for massage.
- Yoga on the Floor (20 min focus) Standing poses to help with balance, grounding, and the lower bod to keep good body awareness and mechanics.
