Will Pickowitz

Blue Heron Academy in 2021, where he developed a foundation in medical massage therapy and a deep respect for the healing potential of technique based therapeutic touch.

 

A strong believer in the human aspect of massage, Will is committed to creating a space where clients feel truly cared for and comfortable enough to express their personalities, have conversations about their physical habits and how it may relate to massage. Or, of course, take time to relax and turn their brain off. His mission is to help people heal, manage stress, and move through their daily lives with a sense of ease and balance.

 

This mission is personal to him—Will also lives with chronic pain and muscular flare-ups, giving him a unique understanding of the emotional and physical challenges that come with long-term discomfort.

 

While Will works with clients from all backgrounds, he has developed a niche within the senior athletic community. He frequently supports runners, swimmers, cyclists, lifters, and basketball players who want to maintain performance, prevent injury, and stay active as they age. With every session, Will aims to blend knowledge, empathy, and technique to help his clients feel and function at their best.
