Booking Policies

Please familiarize yourself with our booking policies before making an appointment. As a general reminder, our building was built in the 1800s and was remodeled and updated in 2011, however due to the design limitations of our building location, it is not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card to hold your appointment time. We do not charge your card before you come in, holding this appointment with your credit card is to ensure our cancellation policy.


Please let us know by 6pm the day before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. If you cancel the day of your appointment we charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your booked service. This fee can be applied as a credit towards your next appointment only if you reschedule when you call to cancel. If you cancel the appointment a second time, the fee is non-refundable and you will need to pay full price for your next appointment.


After 3 same day cancellations Urban Massage may choose to require nonrefundable prepayment in full for all appointments scheduled.

Health Guidelines

  1. Your health and well-being is important to us. Please follow this checklist before arriving for your appointment & we will take care of the rest.

  2. Sanitize your hands on arrival.

  3. Complete the digital health screening survey before every massage session

  4. Masks are no longer required for clients and staff. If you prefer to have your massage therapist wear a mask during session, please let us know when you arrive and we will be happy to do so.

Booking for Two

We have the capacity to book two people in the same room at the same time. If you would like to be in the same room with another person during your massage, you may call to book two appointments at the same time in the same room.

  • The pricing is per person and is based on the length and type of session you receive. We allow our standard 55 and 85 minute massages services to be booked in the same room.
